Eolymp Store

The Eolymp Store is a place where our community members can exchange their reward points (“Eolymp Mints”) for merchandise and prizes.

Eolymp Mints

Eolymp Mints are virtual reward points granted through participation in contests, activities, or other promotions defined by Eolymp. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between users.

Unless otherwise specified, Mints expire twelve months after being awarded. When you place an order, points are redeemed automatically, starting with those closest to expiration. Eolymp may adjust your balance in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.

Eolymp also reserves the right to cancel some or all of your existing Mints in the event of a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use or the community Code of Conduct.

Prize Claims

You can exchange your Mints for prizes offered in the Eolymp Store. Each prize has a set cost, and once you add items to your cart and place an order, the required Mints are deducted from your balance. To complete an order you must provide a valid shipping address and contact details.

The selection of products, their cost, and their availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

Prizes are shipped via local or international mail services at Eolymp’s discretion. Standard shipping is free unless otherwise indicated. For certain destinations, additional shipping costs may apply; these will be shown at checkout and charged in Mints.

Orders are usually shipped within ten days of being placed, although actual delivery times may vary by destination.

Eolymp is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage once an order has been handed over to postal or courier services.

Delivery outside of EU

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered due to unpaid fees, the order will be cancelled. Eolymp may deduct an appropriate number of Mints to cover shipping, handling, and any return expenses before refunding the balance.

Delivery to Ukraine

For Ukraine, deliveries are coordinated locally. Shipments may be grouped together to reduce costs, and any customs fees that arise will be handled by our coordinator, though delivery times may be longer. Within Ukraine, we ship with NovaPoshta. If you specify a branch number in your delivery instructions, we will use it; otherwise, we will select the closest branch to your address.

Delivery to Azerbaijan

For Azerbaijan, deliveries are coordinated locally. Shipments may be grouped together to reduce costs, and any customs fees that arise will be handled by our coordinator, though delivery times may be longer.

Returns and Replacements

Because prizes are obtained with Mints and not purchased with money, statutory withdrawal rights do not apply. Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind or dislike the product. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, you can contact support@eolymp.com within fourteen days of delivery. We may replace the defective item or provide an equivalent alternative. Point refunds are only possible if an error is confirmed on our side.

Liability

Eolymp does not guarantee the continuous availability of specific products and may modify or discontinue the Store at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eolymp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Store.

Seller Information

The Store is operated by EOLYMP ACADEMY, S.L..

These Store Terms complement the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy. By using the Store you agree to all of these documents.
